Have you been paying attention to what is going on around you for the last 3 months? Or the last 4 years? Russian collusion charges that nobody could prove. A phony impeachment trial that went nowhere. And suddenly a worldwide epidemic that originated in China (big surprise). Now racial protests before anyone even goes on trial. And Democratic politicians that are in complete support of getting rid of our police forces  and in support of a group that doesn't believe all lives matter, only black ones. If you want to read some statistics, look at the TRUE figures on police shootings & black on black crime vs, white on black crime. Where is the outrage there? Don't you find it odd that the Democrats want to take our guns, yet they want to get rid of the police forces as well? Do we call Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer to come to the rescue when we can no longer protect ourselves?

Honestly, I am in shock of what I see going on around me. Police that are told to stand down & let looters destroy cities. Complacent people being OK with out of control mobs looting & destroying public property. And people wishing the president would be quiet so the mobs don't get angrier? Perhaps this is the improvement you are talking about?

This is not the country I grew up in, and not the country many of our relatives fought to create & preserve.  And if we are not careful, we will get what some of us want, complete corrupt government control & 3rd world socialism.

Well let’s see first off I believe right now we have record unemployment not employment? I am all for bringing troops home. Although he is going too far with cutting our military presence in Europe, this will damage relationships with countries like Germany. Not to mention we lead the world in covid deaths and cases. Yes the stock market is doing well other than that he’s done nothing. I can also show you numerous studies about how little of an effect a sitting president actually has on the markets

Again,based on what? Every country is different from the next,so are it's people. I am just tired of people laying claim to that title. That in itself is stupid.

I am here because my wife grew up here and i already learned English in high school in germany growing up. She didnt speak a second language. Plus one for Germany's education. 

Another thing is that this is a beautiful country,the landscape is as diverse as its people. America is in a very privileged position as far as geography or the countries size and population goes. Europe is soo much more densely populated it would drive most people on this forum nuts. That is one big plus of living here. Also the amount of natural resources available on a per capita basis are mindblowing. 

All i ask is you put things in perspective when making claims..It is comparing apples and oranges.
