Purchased on 8/12. Still waiting for it. I don’t see it on my HuntFishNY app so I assume it hasn’t even been processed, let alone mailed out. Charge appeared on my statement on the day I placed the order.

Went to runnings this past weekend and got mine(dont have lifetime).kid who did it said id prob be the last one as put order in for liscence paper and still havent recieved it.also printed my liscence on other paper as thats all they had left

Sure enough my cousin called running's,walmart(machine down)and sportsmans warehouse,all out of paper.person at sportsmans told him most of monroe county is without liscence paper.town halls still have it though,as a heads up!cousin and dad both got theirs at local clerk's office

I bought my son his lifetime 2 years ago.  Being that he's 6 years old, he obviously hasn't taken his hunters safety.  But it's been silent the last two years.  Is he suppose to get something in the mail?

They are out of license paper already?   Odd times, glad I went and got mine early.

No. Just make sure you keep his license number or id number so when he does his hunter safety course and goes to get it the first time he is easily found in the system. My boys just got their first one a few weeks back and the system was easy with their numbers(how my wife knew where they were 11 years after I purchased them is beyond me!). Their doe tags were printed immediately- still waiting on back tags to be mailed?!?

Not surprising- do you see all that extra “paper” used for each hunter.



Back tag, 3 turkey, 1 bear, 1 gun, 1 bow, 2 doe.

17 “sections” of paper for my backtag & 8 tags!!! Smart!

I didnt have any problems getting my tags and stamp.... not sure when I'll recieve my hip number cause it comes in the mail. I talked to my man in green, he made it sound like its gon a be a pain for the officers at least during early goose.

I went to my town clerk today to apply for my DMP tags.  She had plenty of paper but the system was down and she was not sure when it would be up again.

Didn't realize HIP is now mailed rather than produced electronically. What a mess...

Me and the daughter both got our tags today.  We both drew 7m and no 7p again this year.  Is it me or is that a crap load of paper with the licence this year.  All my daughter got was regular and does and it's a mile long.

Just got back from getting mine and my grandsons licenses and tags. And Whoot-Whoot!!!!! We both got the impossible to get 4H DMPs with only one PP !!! 

Hopefully, ours and a needy older couples, freezers will be full by December.??

My HIP finally arrived.  The HIP number doesn’t seem to be anywhere on it.  You can find the number online hidden in the new ordering system.

My boys backtags arrived the other day via mail after they were handed their doe tags in the local hardware store...makes perfect sense!!!!
