  4. I have a small business that I have owned for 28 years, res/com cleaning. Not janitorial, mostly carpet & upholstery cleaning these days but have done plenty of fire/water damage/sewer back up/trauma cleaning etc. Not much I haven't seen over the years, some good but mostly bad! Cleaned out houses and estates for years before it was the hot thing that it is today. I wish I would of saved half the crap I tossed years ago for EBay. You wouldn't believe what went to the landfill......... Before 1985 I was a mechanic at a couple local garages for about 7 years. Dream job? Work at the elephant house at the zoo doing circumcisions. I hear the pay ain't so good but the tips are huge.

  5. I wasn't planning to attend the show on January 12 and 13th. But protesters have been circulating a petition to stop the show and plan on being there to picket the opening on the 12th, I've been motivated to show up and support the show. I hope others in the area feel likewise.

  7. I used to work in a circumcism factory..... Pretty good job, really....500 skins a week, good tips, and a chance to get a head. After that, I worked as a gynecologist, but I had to give that up because I was developing tunnel vision.

  9. I'm glad you explained that in better detail and I understand your stand on the matter.I served my country for 6 years, upon joining,I swore an oath to protect the Constitution of the USA.Even though I served my time and recieved my honorable discharge,I am still expected to uphold that oath, not unlike the same "oath" taken when I married my wife nearly 30 years ago. The answer to you questions as to what will I do if they come for my guns.....I can only put it to you this way. Anyone that kicks my door open will be treated as a threat to my person and family and will be dealt with as such.I will go down fighting for my rights and I WILL uphold my sworn oath to the US Constitution.

  11. As long as you didnt open any links or attachments in the email, you should be fine. It might be a good idea to download and run a full scan of malwarebytes and a scan of tdsskiller just to make sure you are ok. Also, update and run an antivirus scan.

  12. Hold on woofer....Are you suggesting that only NRA members deserve to have guns. I just re-read the Second Amendment...no mention of NRA therein. All gun owners are not alike...Not all gun owners think alike. Some even choose to not support an organization fronted by guys like Ted Nugent and Larry North. So...there will always be fine, upstanding, law-abiding, gun owning citizens who will for any of a number of good reasons choose not to join the NRA.

  16. Key word there is "Proposed". The left has to propose outlandish things that will never fly so that the right can water them down and both sides can eventually agree to something realistic with neither side feeling emasculated. Isn't politics grand?

  18. Actually I stand corrected. It says shrouded completely or partially so it can be held by the non trigger finger without being burnt, which could mean damn near every semi auto or pump action rifle out there. How are you anti-black gun guys liking what you have asked for now? Still think you should cheer on the bans?

  20. I would go to a bow shop that specializes in traditional archery. They will help set you up with everything... most will have a place to try out the bows to see what you're comfortable with. I shoot a 60# Martin with cedar shafted arrows... I wouldn't recommend wooden arrows in the beginning simply because of the cost of the arrows.. start with something more durable.. because you'll need to do a lot of practicing to get proficient with instinctive shooting and that means a lot of damaged arrows..lol

  21. I don't think they are prohibited, the city council safety leader "asked" that they not do those things. It ain't like it is a law the way I understand it. I would love to ask the protesters when the last gun crime was in Saratoga..lol I bet none of them have an issue with all of the bars and public drunken mess in downtown. Yet another reason I stay out of downtown and away from all of the damn hippies and rich folks.

  22. you dont want to be liable in building stands JMO... nothing against your building skills but its the liability. if you make plot clearing and ground prep affordable that would keep you more then busy.

  23. And the reason he wants "Quick Action" is so that he can immediately capitalize on the deaths of those children. He recognizes that emotion is riding high right now, and those kids supplied the opportunity to push his anti-gun agenda. He doesn't want any time to pass where people can begin to actually think about the issue. This is an issue he wants to quickly use public emotion in order to accomplish yet some more worthless gun legislation.
