  1. How is that accomplished when the victim is deceased ?
  2. Accountability. Doesnt bring back a victim but one should be held accountable for careless and reckless actions.
  3. Our rescue lab that is spoiled greatly. He enjoys his daily nap in our bed.
  4. That was a lot of work right there; I think the Russians hacked my paycheck depots and took a big amount of it away and gave it to the Obama administration to squander away..... Dam Russians.....
  5. We alway have a big breakfast of some type of egg dish and then have a big meal around 3. We cook a big ham, homemade mac and cheese (Oscar's 12 year old cheeses), a green bean casserole, squash and maybe mashed potatoes. The next few days we have lots of leftovers and finally I make a big pot of pea soup using the ham bone..... Dessert is apple and pumpkin pie, maybe a homemade chocolate cheesecake and pumpkin roll with cream cheese filling. Christmas day is also my daughter's birthday so we often have a birthday cake along the way for her......
  6. Simply you describe the situation as it happened and the current state of what is transpiring. As I posted earlier when she was disorderly and armed it should been called in as a 911 when it was an immediate threat and when she no longer possessed the weapon the police response would be downgraded accordingly...
  7. New York Penal Law: 240.20 Disorderly conduct. A person is guilty of disorderly conduct when, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof: 1. He engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior;
  8. Two import lessons I learned as a kid: One, ALWAYS point a weapon in a SAFE direction...period!!! Two, it is better to remain silent and let people assume you're IGNORANT than to open ones mouth and remove any and all doubt.....
  9. I know for the holidays a perfect smoothie. Ice and Jamison's - fill container with ice and add to the top Jamison's and blend until smooth...
  10. I didn't have immediate access to a phone and was more concerned for my personal safety and the location of cover and or concealment during the insanity. I was SHOCKED that the store didn't call for assistance immediately. I addressed it with the manager after and he was "I really wish we had called the police" . I said well it's not too late and I would be their witness. Believe me if I had access to a phone I would have called; but acting as a citizen my responsibility was limited other than to witness and seek cover if it turned further to s**t in a hurry. I have been in contact with corporate management and security and hope they do indeed turn this into a "teachable moment" for their staff. They were very unprepared for this and luckly no one was injured as a result. Me being unarmed and and without a phone I was very much "up the creek without a paddle" and personally helpless. I knew once the clerk removed the weapon from them the immediate threat had been removed and hoped management responded accordingly.
  11. My heart goes out to you and your family during this difficult time. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
  12. I guess when idiotic, reckless and improper behavior is ignored, accepted or made light of it is no wonder societal values and morals decline ever downward. Sad commentary to say the very least...........

  19. Best: elk at a remote hunting camp with friends Worst: anything my exwife cooked
  20. I felt like the management was not trained or forgot their training in the moment.....I just wonder how Daddy was going to be so rough and tough after he hooked up his portable oxygen and "came on over" to set the store right.....he must not be a backwoods hunter if he couldn't make the 45 minute trip to the store....and his last hunt included the instructions "here hold my beer and cigarette while I roll down my truck window"... Dirt trash part of society !!!!!
  21. I stayed with the clerk and was witnessing the events unfold after the gun was safely away and was ready to testify as a witness if needed. I would have had no idea where a landline would have been located as the store has been recently remodeled and I seldom shop there..
  22. I go into Harbor Freight and break out into hives, grab a cart and start filling it.......
