When I was in the USMC ( '59-'63 ) we had some kinda crap that was in a bottle . It was for mosquitoes and when you perspired ,it would drip in your eyes . When you got a tick on you , you would take a hot cigarette and hold it up to the tick and that was the only way to get them to back out . I hated NC only because of the ticks , chiggers and sand fleas !

I have had problems similar to that . I bought some 4GB cards on Amazon . I put them in trail cams and even though the camera counter showed several pics taken , my computer ( E-Machine ) didn't recognize the SD card . I put the SD card in my camera and formatted it and then it worked in both although I never captured the original pics . There is a slot in the front of my computer and also my Brother Fax , Copy Printer . I put a card in the other day and it didn't recognize it so I put it in a card reader and put that into the USB slot and was ablle to get the pictures . What the hey !

I planted 75 Arborvitaes ( white cedar ) the other day and have 25 more to plant . The area I plan to put them is muddy right now .

I dropped BOA several years ago . Couple of double charges that was their mistake and got fed up wasting time straightening things out . Every once in a while I get mail from them offering a credit card . I tear up the notices , stick it in their envelope and send it back to them .

I was expecting one of the guys to try to shoot the antlers off of the dead dear or at least cut them off the dead deer . Surprised the deer survived the coyotes .

I used to carry a rubber band thing that our Ergonomics Nurse gave me and use it to stretch . Sometimes I would sit in my cubicle and use it for a few reps . I rearranged the stuff in my backpack and forgot where I put it . Gotta get another one .

I looked up the Sawyer's Insect Repellent on Bass Pro and printed a copy of their price of $12.99 . I stopped at DICKs when I was in Webster and the manager said they would match the price and I never knew DICKs did this until this thread .

With the TroyBuilt , you turn the key 1/2 way back and push a button and it will let cut cut while backing up . If you have the blades engaged and try to back up without doing this , the engine will stall .

I have a Ben Pearson TX-4 set at just over 60# and a Parker Phoenix EZ Draw set at 70# . I alternate between shooting the two of them . Maybe when I get older I will change the poundage but then I am only 70 so hopefully I have a while to go .

A coyote jumps out and attacks the Governor's dog, then bites the Governor. 1. The Governor starts to intervene, but reflects upon the movie "Bambi" and then realizes he should stop because the coyote is only doing what is natural. 2. He calls animal control . Animal Control captures the coyote and bills the State $200 testing it for diseases and $500 for relocating it. 3. He calls a veterinarian. The vet collects the dead dog and bills the State $200 testing it for diseases. 4. The Governor goes to hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for diseases from the coyote and on getting his bite wound bandaged. 5. The running trail gets shut down for 6 months while Fish & Game conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is now free of dangerous animals. 6. The Governor spends $50,000 in state funds implementing a "coyote awareness program" for residents of the area. 7. The State Legislature spends $2 million to study how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world. 8. The Governor's security agent is fired for not stopping the attack. The State spends $150,000 to hire and train a new agent with additional special training re: the nature of coyotes. 9. PETA protests the coyote's relocation and files a $5 million suit against the State. SOUTH DAKOTA : The Governor of South Dakota is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. I like the fact that the TroyBuilt has the function that allows you to mow when you are backing up .

I bought a TroyBuilt from Lowes a few years ago right after I had a knee replacement . I got the 17.5 HP Bronco . The problem with it is ..... it has a Kohler engine and after a while , the seals leak oil . I have to periodically add oil Stop Leak . While installing real estate signs , I have asked TroyBuilt owners if they have any problems . Same thing , leaks oil onto the hot exhaust and smokes . Apparently it is a common problem . Other than than , it's a great mower . Bought replacement blades at Tractor Supply .......
