Sounds like they finally got smarter . Thanks for the update Bubba . A few years ago , my youngest son took the Bow Class and passed with flying colors . A week before Bow Season he went to Gander Mt get get his archery license . He couldn't get it because he hadn't taken the gun course . He had no intention of gun hunting but that wasn't good enough . He had to wait another year as the gun course wasn't available in the area .

I tried some Repel . It works on mosquitos but not Black Flies . My wife gave me a Cutter's Stick that I will tryout tomorrow . She said it works for the black flies .

The black flies have been out for a few days . They feed on me and are a real nuisance !

I take ours to a Tax Office and have them do it . Too many papers and forms to file . I pay an estimated Income Tax quarterly but came out okay this year . It really kills me to have to pay Income Tax on Social security ! Since I started having it by a Tax Office , I don't get an upset stomach and the sick feeling .

I agree with Doc's earlier statement ---" I really believe that they would go get a chain saw if they thought a camera locking system was too much to overcome" . I put up 2 cameras on a friend's property yesterday . Hopefully I might get some Turkey pics but I am hoping to get pics of a trespasser who rides the trail on horseback . The ground is real soft and the horse is sinking in the trail and making a mess . The property is POSTED . I have the cameras at least 10' high and tipped down . I have seen cameras placed at 3 to 4 feet high and they are fairly easy to spot . I never look up in the trees to see if there are any more . If you see a guy walking into the woods with bolt cutters or a hack-saw you might just assume he is up to no good or he could have lost the key to his own stand or camera lock box .

When I was a kid I shot one with the 22 rifle . I had to shoot it several times to finish it off . We lived in the country and I didn't want one hanging around the house . After I killed it I felt real bad and what I had done bothered me for several days . I have come across at least a half dozen since then and just leave them alone . But ...... they sure are ugly !

I didn't say it would be a bad thing ! In my opinion , it would be an advantage for my hunting . I don't know how many folks don't practice with a compound . I havn't hunted with anyone that doesn't do so . "Read my print" ------ I don't care if they bring CrossBows into the archery season . Got it ? I do NOT care .
