    That is pretty cool. Unlike a wind lease this will effect many acres but will have a low profile. Do your homework and get a lawyer involved. That is pretty good money/year. Good luck grow.

    Cabin is 7 years young and needs new stain. We did the shed a few weeks ago now next weekend the main house. Went with a dark color (Saddle leather brown) in the Benjamin Moore Arborcoat stain. It is a dream to put on, great product.

    Shame Doe, I had ducks years ago. Eggs were wonderful to eat. Had a massacre one night. Coons got in and ate the ducks, opened their backside up and ate all the gizzards and left the rest of the duck to rot!

    National treasure right there. Met my new friend in stop n shop this morning. I saw his hat and thanked him for his service. We talked for a while and he gave me a hug. He told me thank's for taking time out of your day to talk to an old man. God bless him!
