    I always seem to hunt "harder" if i make it in the woods before sun up , i realize its a mental thing but i have definitely noticed a change in the way i sit in my stand if i get their before sun up.

    Ive seen more action on a scrape just by taking a leak on it myself than anything bought off the shelf.

    My dad had a kitten follow him to his tree stand, after several attempts to throw the cat into the pine tree next to him only to have the kitten return, he held it the whole time he hunted to keep his hands warm.

    I hear the standard bangs and booms and it seems like every year, you hear that shot that sounds like a frigging cannon, makes you think "what In the heck is he shootin over there"

    Report activity to the landowner and if he asks you to relay a message to keep off , then go that route . But to chase people around is asking for trouble.

    I have used them a few times , i also can't remember if i paid tax . I just put tires on my S10 from there and i believe i paid 60 bucks for the dismount ,remount and balance and tire disposal from a local shop. So far ,never a problem with them and they ship fast too.

    Im psyched ! I am getting to camp Wednesday for the evening hunt and then hunting through sunday night , I love when i get to hunt archery and then switch to gun .

    Don't forget to put on your camo before climbing into the box , I never understood wearing camo inside those boxes.

    Also consider putting one of the larger sore muscle type patches on your kidney area, it works and you dont have to mess around with loose hand warmers.

    Every time i read one of these posts i try to imagine what kind of POS someone must be to take something that clearly belongs to someone else . Where does it start ? At what age does somebody decide to be the biggest lowlife piece of trash that one can be?

    I found a piece of property that was 15 acres with a small "cabin" that needed work , a quarter of a mile down the road was 700 acres of state land . It seemed like what i was looking for except i need to save for a wedding next year.

    I actually just called him and he was out and about and i told him to meet me over at gander mtn. He bought some doe piss and .38 ammo . I said "lets go look at boots" I told him i was buying him boots for Xmas so find a pair , i told the chic to get him a pair of Muck boots in size 11 , they didn't have the model he settled on in his size but i told him i would go around and get him a pair tomorrow . Thanks again for the help.

    Hey people, I want to get my dad a new pair of boots , he only hunts in the pull on rubber ones . Im looking for advise on which ones to push him towards . He just put a hole in a pair last weekend ,i wanted to get him a pair for his Xmas present early so he can hunt with dry feet. I have had a few and the rubber split after a season so i know to stay away from that company ,just looking to see if you guys have a few seasons out of a certain pair that you would recommend . Thanks in advance !

    If I'm shooting a round in my 30-06 apex that is sub moa, would it be cheaper to copy that load since I know exactly what I'm looking for? 42 dollars for 20 rounds is not my idea of affordable.
