  2. Been seeing reports its real bad
  3. Yup, I had a picture of 4 turkeys 2 mins before each of these pics days apart.
  4. yup, my daughters first day of Kindergarten was Thursday! ( we skipped pre-k last year with all the covid requirements) She was so confident it actually scared me. Told her teacher good luck with this one! (we requested the same teacher our son had a few years ago)
  5. Just changed the atv oil and checked everything over, that wasn’t even on my list, but I was bored. Lol.
  6. Already fixed the deck, remodeled the bathroom, remodeled the living area. I’ve got my stuff done early!
  7. Winchester silver-tips and xp in my browning shoot dime size groups, I trust anything hornaday also my son uses it in his youth .243 interlock bullets.
  8. All I have left is to pack my pack and wash clothes! Ahead of schedule
  9. This is 40 yards from where I shot my pa buck last year, it’s a non stop cruising area during rut. Never and bucks this time of year till late oct than it’s a parade.
  10. The deer and bear are destroying apples and clover. The bobcat chasing turkeys.
  11. Victory decimator are the best bang for your buck crossbow bolts, rage hypodermics I use in the xbow still. They were just $27/6 and rage was $25/6 at dicks yesterday.
  12. My elite quiver is solid as a rock and makes no noise on or off, Might be set up wrong. I've seriously contemplated getting a pack with a quiver on it though.
  13. I have every weekend (sat/sun) off all season. ( i work nights). I took these nights off off: Oct 1, Oct 8, off Oct 11 for holiday already, Oct 21/22. Nov 5,12,19,24, Off 25,26 for holiday already. Dec 3,10 for PA Gun. I work 8pm-4am and wife is working from home, so I can in all reality hunt any day I want this season, so I took a lot of extended weekends vs a big chunk. We get a stupid amount of Vacation days at my work ( 24 per year can carry over 32 days.)
  14. I bought a new rifle, does that count?
  15. My 9 year old loves his Creedmoor, shot his doe with 243 in pa last year.
  16. Perfect, now I can shoot 1 hour before sunrise! since I was doin 30 mins before anyway...LOL
  17. nice, my 9 year old just graduated to a release with his compound, got him shooting at 20, he can stay on a paper plate.

    Walleye?

we catch em up to 30" right in the susquehanna.
  19. sometimes yes, sometimes they create illness...
  20. Id go broke if I paid someone to cut my deer. My dad taught me on my first deer how to butcher it, and out of the 50 or so deer I've shot I've only had two processed. My first bow kill in 2012 (75 degrees out) and my PA buck last year ( I was tired and had to work/ got warm out, might use them again as they did an outstanding job for $80). I can have a deer skinned, boned out and vacuum sealed to my standards in about 1. 5 hours. Grind meat tossed in the fridge or sealed in a bag and frozen and do multiple deer at once.
  21. ill stick with using my immune system. thanks! lol
  22. Yah, Dec says it don't matter, i have a real strange feeling it does. If you have high/high odds and a ridiculous amount of people get that zone, the tags will be gone sooner even under a lottery system. I now always get mine early and have no issues.
  23. A couple in there id shoot. perfect staging area before the field. stand is 30 yards away.
  24. Get a few epi pens and keep them everywhere, I used to be allergic to bees as well ( the sting is 10 times worse than the shot even before the reaction). I got stubborn over the years and have been stung multiple times sense and waited to see if i had a reaction before epi and nothing.
