    Taking just one buck a year would go a long way. I believe some hunters would hold out for an older deer, while others would shoot younger bucks.....it's their choice.

    I was sitting under a tree once on the edge of a field. Two great horned's were hunting the field and must have seen me move because they started circling me. They got within a couple feet when I started waving my arms so they'd realize I was too big to eat!

    Everything is accurate except that you can use a centerfire rifle if you're not in a shotgun only area.

    A coyote that is. I was out trying to fill my doe tag when this guy trotted by. Got my crosshairs on him at 70 yards out. Amazing what a 30.06 will do!

    I think it would be worth a shot. I would make sure to look the property over closely before giving them a price....rocky, clay, etc. will make a difference. What do you do for a guarantee? What if it doesn't rain, or it just rains a little and you have a poor crop? Will you be on the hook?
