Lol, I seen it and I’ll participate. Hopefully I remember to get my picks in unlike the one and only year I played fantasy football. Every week I’ll probably pick the one person who doesn’t hunt that week. Lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

3rd year Taxidermist looking to mount your trophies (capital region)

Don’t sell yourself short. It may only be your third year but your whitetail mounts are very good and that turkey you just did is top notch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I’m doubtful as there is to much else going on but I never say never. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Used. Only shot a few times but I know the person it came from and he’s notorious for not keeping his guns clean. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yep new holiday season. Lines up perfectly when the kids are on break from school. Main reason I picked up a muzzleloader. I'm gonna blow a few days off of work and hit the woods with the kids.

I think you should also ask to hit the lottery. Thats a big Taxi bill!

My two cameras are Browning's and they run year round with no issues and they last forever on cheap batteries. Last season they got new batteries in September and they where still reading at half capacity in April when I put new ones in just because.

I ordered from them pre-COVID and had no issues. Good price's as well compared to other online dealers Gonna bring @Nomad in on this because I believe he's been ordering from them recently.

I just picked up a muzzle loader for the first time and my initial plan is 100grns of powder with a 250grn sabot. Seem's reasonable from what I am reading. What distance do you guys sight in for? 100 yards?

All those super clear high resolution pictures of the SXS then two super grainy bigfoot esque style picture's of a Moose your FAVORITE animal in the world. I'm not mad I'm just disappointed.

Thank you for the generous offer. Fortunately a friend shoots the same muzzleloader so I’m already picking his brain about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Picked up a Traditions Evolution muzzleloader yesterday. Mostly got it for the late holiday season the DEC implemented this year. It’s topped with a Nikon prostaff BDC scope. I have to give it a good cleaning on top of learning about muzzleloaders in general. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I don’t think any of the “food” is actually what they say it is but that won’t stop me from eating it a couple times a year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I haven’t done it personally but the trade in value quote you got is the real deal. Used vehicle prices are through the roof right now. The chip shortage is delaying new vehicles and dealer lots are pretty empty so dealers are over paying for used vehicles. As long as your comfortable the the price of the new truck your looking at go for it. I could have gotten $7,800 more than what I bought my truck for in January of 2021 just 6 months later but most comparable trucks to what I already had where also $6000-$8000 more as well making it not worth it to me. Get her out in the woods with ya man!!!! Yes she won’t sit still Yes she won’t be quiet Yes you will only sit for an hour Yes you won’t see anything Guess what? It will be your best hunt of the season. Besides the bow season is LONG you can afford a couple of short sits. I started taking my daughter when she was 5 because she was interested. Short sits plenty of snacks and things to do but some of the best conversation and memories. I still remember the time when she was probably about 8 years old we where out for a 2 hour sit in the evening. I mistakenly mentioned grabbing McDonalds on the way home for dinner as a treat about half way through the sit. For the next hour until sunset she whispered/sang this song about getting McDonalds for dinner. It was non stop and she had me laughing pretty good. Not a chance in the world where we going to see anything but it didn’t matter one bit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'll bring them home if you promise to throw them at his front door like a weird game of ping pong

If the temps are perfect I like to let the deer hang for a few days. A year and a half old it probably does not matter but on older deer my honest opinion is it does make the meat more tender. I will pull the inner loins out as soon as its hanging otherwise those dry up. Letting it hang for a few days will allow us to organize an evening to do it as well. I actually just got a little excited because I just remembered I was gifted a set of knives and hide puller for Christmas and my birthday so I got some new toys to play with.

Interesting, so I had to look it up and yes you can't grow it personally yet. Of course NYS government made it way more complicated than it needs to be. You can't grow it personally until the licensed dispensaries are up and running even then you have to wait 18 months after the first legal sale of marijuana at said dispensaries. April 1, 2022 is the absolute first date that a dispensary can be open so you can't grow it at home until sometime in 2023. My head hurts.
