One of my friends just bought one this year. I havent gotten out to the range with him yet, but he says its a great little gun.

I had dirt bikes and a motorcycle when I was younger. I started riding on the street and with the way people drive, it scared the hell out of me. I gave it up quick. My fiance and I have been considering a CanAm Spyder for a couple of years so that either of us could drive it. Her family is big into bikes and it would be fun to be able to get out with them once in a while. The gas mileage would be great during the summer too.

I used to watch it alot, havent really seen it in a year or so. Fun to watch.

That would be great if we could get our schedules to sync up for a few days. Geno, will do.

I think they should do the same to gun season. Split it, make the first half regular gun like we have, then the second half ML only, no optics.

I dont remember exactly why I chose this screen name, but Ive been using it (or a slight variation) on every outdoors forum I am a member of for quite a while. I think it had something to do with WNYDeerHunter was already taken.

A+---the world didn't fall apart when they opened up areas to rifle....allowed optics for ML...changed the definition of shotgun to allow rifled barrels....relaxed rifle caliber to allow smaller than .25 calliber...allowed sign over of Doe tags....went to a computerized licesne system.....welll that on I didn't like....I ust to look forward to seeing the stamp art and saved my old licenses...lol The world wouldn't fall apasrt if we allowed baiting, hunting with dogs, poison pods, high fence, night hunting, or a variety of other things, either. Should we enable all of that, too, since you are so interested in change? High fence is legal already

Hey, now theres an idea! I could deal with that. Granted, full inclusion would be simpler, but like you said, everyone would get thrown a bone. You could even take that first half of bow season and make it longbow/recurve (primitive) only (except for disabled), then allow compounds and crossbows in for the second half.

Totally honest. I shouldered it the same. I aimed it the same. I flipped off the safety the same. I took a deep breath and let out half, like I do when I am shooting guns, and squeezed the trigger just like I did on my old smoothbore. Ithit the bullseye at 40 yards just as surely as I would expect with my shotgun. No difference but the boom. And lack of gunpowder, a bullet, a barrel, recoil, range, velocity, kinetic energy, quick second shot capability, etc. Yep, just like a slug gun :

yessir! I can drink the stuff straight. I also make my own sandwich spread with fresh roasted and chopped jalepenos and other stuff that will knock your socks off.
