Whether I kill a deer or not really doesn't matter that much to me any longer. My main goal is that my nephew gets one. I enjoy seeing the smile on his face when he does.

For where I hunt, he's a good buck. So...yes I would!!

I, for one, like seeing the does. Chances are that is their "home" area and eventually the bucks will be in the same area looking for receptive does. In my years of bow hunting I've always "hunted" the does and have had good success taking bucks in the doe areas. I wouldn't worry about not seeing bucks on film.

My cousin and her husband drove up to SUNY Binghamton to see their daughter sing the national anthem for the president. Correct. I bought both my nephews a lifetime license for their first birthday. They are 16 and 13 years old now with the youngest taking his hunter safety class this summer.

To my knowledge is was changed. Here's my take on feeding deer... Over the years we have created a "dumb" deer herd. With all the people that were feeding the deer, the deer had no need to learn how to survive the winters. As far as looking for food and browse. They just needed to travel from house to house of the people feeding them. When feeding was banned these same deer had lost the ability and knowledge of searching out food for survival. Hence quite a few deer of starvation thanks to us feeding them. I was guilty of feeding them and when I was enlightened by a wildlife biologist, I stopped feeding them. This was when feeding was still legal. I know people, in my area, still feed them. I also know that feeding/baiting of deer will never be completely done away with. Until everyone is of the same mind state this is just one of those issues that will be revisited again and again.

A few years ago my father was having the same trouble with his garage door. What was happening is that the door was opening too far. The door wasn't closing all the way by 1". I adjusted the travel in the opening by 1", thus not opening as high, and that allowed the correct travel for the door to close properly. Maybe you need to do the same.
