this buck i have on another cam and he seems to hang with these does. On one of the cams i had on video he even tries to spar with a small doe. Have this pic of a fawn being frisky and chasing him too. last pic is the view of this spot from the treestand !

Thanks - last year we did this spot and it looked like a putting green by season, they ate it to the ground. lol This year we put in two other plots nearby here and as of this weekend still had a decent amount of growth to it.

Mine is pending wind direction as always. To start the season will be on the fringe of our hunting spot looking for a freezer queen. Most of the bucks historically don't show until later in October there. Hunting buddy has first pick of the 10 stands, so hope he gets an early one. I try to get up there at least for one day of still hunting just cause I like it. But it usually depends on how my bow season is going in the south. If I tag a fairly early buck I will def be up there for a day of rifle hunting. I go to the same area. A spot deep in some state land where there is a ridge of beechnut trees. Pulled cams today. And they are liking the food plots. Got pics of them eating it by the mouthfuls. This one little plot had 6 deer packed in it including a 6 point. A few yote pics, a blue heron, a possum, a fox, several Fishers we're among the pics. This 6 isn't a monster but it's a shooter for me. Had a spike as well but for me he gets a pass.
