    Love that area spent so much time on the independence trout fishing in sperryville. Caught a lot of nice brookies there. Sure isn't what it used to be for fishing now though. But a beautiful river for sure. I caught my first Brook trout there many years ago.

    Biz had a lot on his mind but remained on task despite the thoughts of the taste of a Friday night beer and the mysterious nature of his partner .... He had seen all this before ...drones, pink bunny hair, blonde wigs, orange vests, DNA, ....it was nothing new to him but he just needed that one clue to bring it all together......

    Maybe he was having a tough time with something else in his life and this is just where it came out. That being said I have never seen people so divided as they are today politically. And if you don't agree it ends up being more vicious than a good debate it seems. Hope you two mend the fences. Always politics and religion that cause the biggest hottest debates it seems. Being friends that long is more valuable than all the politicians you can put in a pickup any day.

    Last two seasons I have had to shoo away a coyote that was stalking my decoy from across the field. Both times while I had a gobbler in the woods next to me. Had them get 20 yards from my decoy and had to waive my arms so they saw me and took off.

    what is a turkeys range? guess that never occurred to me. I know a Tom will travel quite a ways but how far?

    Dunno but my kitchen aid is awesome. Had it 3 years. At least 3 deer a year between me and a buddy. I do stop for a minute if I feel it getting hot. But have had zero issues. Can grind up all the meat set aside for burger etc in about 15 minutes. Takes longer to clean up than to grind. Hope mine lasts ok.

    Turkey bag is gonna be put together and readied soon. Loaned my turkeys to guy this weekend for his hunter Ed course. Def ready to get out there.
