I had a spot, that I swear the deer watched the calender. The 10th and 11th was the day for many years in a row..lol..

Agreed! I always waffled between November 10 and 11 as being the "magic day.

Nice! I like the 5 gallon pail as a drag. A method I used alot in the past when I fished out of my old v bottom.

I respect that.. I'm not a tinkerer(there is a word..lol) so I will probably stick with them. Nothing is a 100% though. I have lost a deer due to hitting backbone on a really steep angled shot. Probably would have gotten that one if I had a tough cut on contact traditional head..

I've had great luck with the rage hypodermic and Probably 1/2 dozen deer with the cheap chinese version. The 1st mechanical I used was a grim reaper. They worked great but imo need a higher poundage to reliably get pass through in the case of a shoulder bade hit ,etc.. I've shot 2 deer right though both shoulder blades with pass through. Both heads were junk afterwards but the deer died in under 40yds in sight.. I switched to mechanicals because ,if I have a poor shot ,it's ussually too far back and the huge hole has allowed for easier recoveries.

Just my opinion, but I would go with the multimeter. The "stick" testers are good but are limited in their capabilities.

Pretty wild.. I happened to be driving through Potsdam (60 miles NE watertown) at the wrong time.. I didn't encounter hail, but the only thing I didn't see was a flying cow.. Traffic lights were out and I was dodging tree limbs and garbage bins everywhere. All at 5-10mph because that's all the visibility allowed..

Cool ! I always find it amazing the difference between fisheries. We catch them in 4-8' of water all summer in the local rivers. Of course the deep holes are 10' deep.

Ha. ha. You are stranger than I thought.;)

I have used archery talk classified a few times with good results . Just make sure they have good feedback.

Or possibly the line-sets not tucked away properly?

Love it, especially with the blued action and stainless barrel. Stock is a little shiny for me to hunt with , but I really like it . The Encore is a great gun to have a magnum in. You can have a long barrel with a reasonable gun length.

How tall is your pile of submittals? Lol.. as a Small construction company supervisor or manager.. I hated collecting and sending submittals....;) lol

Yea. What he said. Lol. Nice buck!

Not sure about your area. Here, there is just the code enforcement officers and they inspect everything except electrical.. It may be a good idea to finish off your kitchen 1st.;)

I don't have a clue based on tooth wear. Based on weight alone he is 3.5+ I've never seen a true 2.5 year old 180# deer .

Don't forget when weighing your options .. When you buy a new vehicle you do not pay tax on your trade in value , lessening the tax owed vs an all $ deal..
-
Love it! That is the way it should be done..

Cool! You 2 came close to crossing paths at the same time.

I was never a fan of the 350 in a truck. The 300 in the ford was indestructible.. I had a 1981 f100 with the 300 and a 68 f350. I sold the 81 with a couple 100 thousand on it and I would see it around for years. The f100 went every weekend for a year with my foot literally to the floor down 87 from Lake George to Albany .. speedo only registered 85 but it took a second for the needle to drop..lol

I've driven a few Chevy and Ford's to well over 250000 miles with nothing but maintenance. Never have I been tempted by a Dodge or a foreign truck.

Hey you guys! Stop being a jerk to the Jerk...Man..;)

Common Northern Watersnake. Creepy but harmless unless you try to handle them . They will get bitey.
