    i do in spring for turkey..

    i carry a 20 ft 1/4 in flat nylon 500lb rope in my quiver belt. it has a heavy wire onnthe end wrapped in electrical tape. it not only pulls up my bow but cannbe bent to snag things i drop. and drag deer as well as used as a grapple to pull limbs out of shooting lane.

    there were huge flocks a simple.stop amd ask to hunt gave me 1000 acres to hunt. even after he leased it to hunters always kept the first 2 days of fall turkey reserved out of lease for ke and my friend no charge. over 10 years there was fun hujting rock walls we dont have them where i am. owner thought we were nutz driving from buffalo to hunt turkey there..

    dont leave rope and straps outside the sun damages them many times not visiably.. just think your ratchet straps fastening your stand to the tree can do the exact same thing. an people wonder why i put up and take down 30 plus stands a year...safety is main reason!!!

    i always shoot an adult doe with fawns especially if button bucks.. whe she is removed they dont get kicked out and result is more bucks staying in area.. does boot male ofspring to prevent inbreeding not booted they stay and only know her range which becomes their core when they are older. easiest way to keep bucks on your property

    fawn still nursing heavy shes fine..prolly one of the new progressive mothers that nurse kids till 5 or so is all...

    shot bow 1x dozen arrows it right on good to go .have tags and broadhead..no reason to complicate things.. not.rocket science

    neighbor said it was 39 this am. glad i moved my citrus trees inside a few days ago.. need to avoid a frost for a few weeks still ..corn is only just starting to dent...

    i have an extra hip quiver around someplace ....

    pex is only way to go .. did a lot of tile work years ago and did friends cracked shower floor few years ago ..made mud base and tiled it.. dont forget to get shut of valves on everything easier now then later...

    no the owner is 82 and want to get $ to live on. hes been selling me 10 acre pieces and logging blocks of timber last few years.. owned own buisness and fixed income taxes/expenses keep going up....

    the dec had workshop in hanging bog. showed new ,1 year old , 5 year old , 10 year ols and 20 year old clear cuts ..amazing what a difference it makes

    bowhunt and fish.. hunt am and pm fish mid day. to hot go fishing ..seeing good activity stay out all day..

    your woods look pretty open.from what i can see in photos . deer dont like open . especially along food plots

    they make great mounts. have a few around see around sunset usually

    ive logged my.own property 3x in 25 years select cuts 2x and a firewood undesirable harvest. it makes a huge difference in putting food in reach of game. best thing to do for a woods

    my neighbor is just finishing a near clear cut of about 30 acres. should be done before bow season this sat hopefully if rain doesnt screw him up if not by mid week . looking forward to the regrowth and new patterns that will emerge

    ive seen more deer walk up to a smushed bannana on a tree or smeared piece of limburger cheese about 3 ft off the ground. old time showed this to me when i was 15.. i guess thats why they ate limburger and onion sandwiches in the woods..

    1st they would have to accept to retry a roe vs wade case ,this will probaly not happen. judgements at this level are very seldom retried. this is purly a scare tactic to sway feelings one way or another. labor unions use a similar argument to sway vote to democratic canidates..

    the big oak woods to the south of me is being nearly clear cut . though i know the future growth in this are will be awesome. im sure the loss of food will hurt the wild life. since they are almost done cutting the squirrels and turkeys,and deer have shifted to woods on edge on my food plots , corn is starting to take a beating. usually not hit till nearly mature..
