Fried food tonight! Never really deep fried before,  tonight we did it in cast Iron on stovetop, delicious but dangerous like swimming with a plugged in toaster.

So this one came with the house. I didn't buy it. But I agree $3,500 or so for a grill seems crazy. It looks awesome, but I'm not sure cooking will be much different? I sent a few pics to Blaze to get the model # since mine is hidden in the stone. I want to replace the 5 grates and need to know which ones to order.
