Homemade Philly cheesesteaks tonight and garden salad.

Couple of porkys and for the first time mushroom risotto. Risotto is pretty good but I think it’s because I like saying it “risotto”

I  Have got a top round roast in the rotisserie.Sides of smashed red tators and green beans and homemade biscuits.

Worked today 7am-5pm, now called back in for snow plowing,  3-6 coming, so a quick dinner for me, grabbed an italian combo at the deli down the street.

Yes, halfs gone lol, just a club roll, otherwise I would eat the entire sub if I bought one.

Agreed, they do a great job here,  I liked them rolled up like in the pic, NOT flat, total different taste for some reason.  I think the texture changes when its all flat on the roll, in a bad way.

Last night pan seared flounder with lemon butter sauce and a spinach and mixed green salad with fresh grated parm reg. Tonight pan fried pork chops, baked sweet potato wedges and spinach salad.

I'm a Villa Gaudio guy been going there for 20 years I think I've got pizza a couple times but beside that Italian combo extra oil vinegar with all the works.
