Simple dinner tonight.little healthier than the usual.baked chicken with a little EVOO,country sweet to dip.quick cook on the asparagus with EVOO and pepper.had to settle on iceberg lettuce(prefer other greens)black olives n ital dressing.boring but filling!

I take ground venison meatloaf mix and roll into balls, cut an onion in half and peel off the matching halves to put around the meat.  Then wrap in bacon and toothpick and put in the smoker.  Glaze them for the last 1/2 hour with BBQ sauce , but this time gonna use mighty taco for a kick.

Wow,looks amazing. I am excited to see so many people are using asparagus as it is now in season. I just had my first last night,but i didn't take a pic.

Good stuff on here for sure.

I know. Wife made it an hour earlier, so I needed to heat it up. Should have taken pic after cheese melted and taco sauce added

Big fan of el ranchito. new place on main in snyder by me just opened and heard it was good. I will have to let you know
