Ragu tuna and pasta.  Ok not really.

Salad  with a little venison in it . 

No booze , and mostly vegetables, and a few oz of meat during the week, too many parties , concerts, eating out with friends this time of year , so when I get a break from that I really tone it down.

This F,S, and Sunday watch out ....

Daughter at prom so mama and I went to this little pig and very impressed dessert was lavender and hibiscus ice cream on a rosemaryshortbread , passion fruit couli and fresh fruit a pie called quest pierogi with burnt ends cocktail board
