Grilled salmon over cold sesame noodle salad, and bird nests for dessert.  Mrs. Plav knocked the last Fri of lent outta the park!

Used the leftovers from last nights pot roast to make burritos, stuffed with rice, meat, crem fresh, pico de gaillo, picked jalapeños and home made hot sauce

Pork loin butterflied spread with ramp pesto and extra parm cheese , rolled, tied and heavy coating of cracked pepper and salt...
I need a potential glaze/sauce [mention]Chef [/mention] or other chefs!
Truffle glazed may be too strong but man do I love truffle
