Pork loin butterflied spread with ramp pesto and extra parm cheese , rolled, tied and heavy coating of cracked pepper and salt...
I need a potential glaze/sauce [mention]Chef [/mention] or other chefs!
Truffle glazed may be too strong but man do I love truffle
