I would have had that tray of shrimp opened up sitting in the kid seat of the shopping cart.  Saving that pic haha

The grad party Sunday

The Bite Box Food Truck

Fried Pickles with a roasted red pepper dip

Hot Roast Beef Pita with hot roast beef, melted Swiss, caramelized onions, and homemade garlic aioli on a warm pita

Chicken in a Waffle Cone with a waffle cone stuffed with bacon-chive mashed potatoes with bite sized breaded chicken with sriracha maple sauce

Poutine with fries, gravy, cheese curd and chicken bites

I made 15 pounds or so of my pulled pork that got rave reviews, I had to get a bigger hat!

The wife made 7 pounds of taco meat for walking tacos

And a couple huge pasta and chef salads

No one left hungry!!

And I would highly recommend the CNY based food truck the Bite Box they did excellent, I might commit assault for one of those Roast Beef Pitas!!

I agree the Bite Box has excellent stuff. We had them come to my works spring open house a couple years ago.

Haven't been taking pics on vacation  but last few days have been filled with a lot of oceanside eats.  Stuffed quoahogs, fried fish sandwiches, fried clams, wedge salad with bacon and blue cheese, clam chowda, a great NY style pizza, fresh cod, scallops and lobster from the fish market down the street. Ice cream every night. I'd be 500 pounds if I lived here.

Real good looking dish there. I can’t wait for the garden tomatoes to get ripe. Might be my favorite bite- fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic and a good EVOO

Same here, I grabbed a tomato at Wegmans today and it sucked. Can't wait until the tomato stand up the street opens!

I smoked some baked beans the other day. Put them in a bread pan using bourbon wood chips. For a few hours at 180 as smoking a salmon filet too. Beans didn’t take on smoke flavor at all.

Yea I don't get beans to take on either. You can always smoke some bacon and chop up and mix that in.
