I bought a London broil and put it in this Jack Daniels marinade bag (I know, waste of money make your own marinade it was an impulse buy). Baking some potatoes and Brussel sprouts

Ohh beets ,i just learned the other day that beets make sparks when you microwave them.

Ever use an aluminum gutter spike in the taters to distribute the heat into the center ? Great for taters you throw in the campfire too. I've eaten way too many burnt on the outside and raw in the inside baked potatoes while camping.

Had dinner ready for mama when she got home from work. Pounded out chicken breast , little Greek vinaigrette, stuffed with tomato basil feta cheese , wrapped in bacon. Frozen zesty fries with sprinkle of white cheddar popcorn topping. Daughter loves the chicken this way.
