Mothers 50 birthday party at local lodge.no pics as of yet.was busy checking on food and replenishing beer stock!rotini with marinara ital. sausage n meatballs.chips dip salsa n humus.salad cheese trays etc etc haha

Tossed salad,pork casserole, sliced pork roast, slayer of wild and long grain rice,the pork,  corn, green beans, peas, another layer of rice. Top with garlic powder and drizzled with plabano avocado dressing.  Cover baked 400  25 mins. Love  my goat wine and last of chocolate banana cake.

Future dinner of tomorrow night. Pork butt slathered in Dijon mustard and then rubbed with Trader Joe's coffee rub. Will smoke for a few hours then crockpot on low til tomorrow night. House is going to smell great !

Went for cuban food Friday night.  No pics but i had a whole fried red snapper.  Amazing.  Wife had lechon (roasted pork). Had garlic shrimp for appetizer.  And flan for dessert

To start Yee Haw 80.  Salad with blue cheese crumbles with oil & vinegar. Spaghetti with meat sauce, cheese and garlic bread. Glass of Merlot for enhancement.
