Nabu American Fusion Buffet in Ft. Lauderdale. Met my wife's cousin and SO for dinner. For an asian buffet, not a bad value at all. I went off the keto wagon early to hit the dessert bar

I am going to make a nice Mexican taco dip for us at work.  I am not a supervisor, but I am going to make us all a nice hot meal for us, for tomorrow night.  We all plow roads, so this will be a nice time to relax, and enjoy a nice hot meal together.   I am going to make a taco type dip.  Pics in the morning, should be a good moral booster!  Sick of crap deli foods at midnight! Pics to come

14 year old daughter Theadora made venison tenderloin steak in her own marinade. Side of spinach! 

It was really good!

Was actually lunch on Friday. Seafood salad at Umberto's of Long Island in Ft. Lauderdale.

After dinner dessert at my cousin's house, some dairy free ice cream cake.

Full crock of mexican taco dip.  I hope it comes out ok, not a crockpot fan for my own reasons, but we do not have a stove, or oven, or even a barbecue.  Leaving the lid propped to evaporate any moisture.
