Wife went to the track with the girls so I'm on my own ! Stopped by the local Chinese to go joint and picked up Ribs-Rice and Eggroll !

Breakfast, lunch and snack. Made homemade salsa for the first time and nailed it. So fresh , caught daughter sneaking a bunch more   Love the ulu knife for fine mincing jobs , wore latex gloves and my “ eyes “ for shooting to mince the jalapeños. They and tomatoes just picked from garden. I hate tomatoes so slicing them up and blending was no easy task for me.

A place called Red Rose in Springfield Mass. Antipasta, small pizza with pepperoni, peppers and onions, spaghetti with meatballs, zuppa de clams.

TF, we just got an ulu knife too, still getting the knack of it with the rocking motion etc. Works, but not as quick or precise as a chefs knife. So far.

I always go for the new premium burgers at the Scottish restaurant .

Pretty much just as good usually as places like 5 guys  

Basically it's the same people you notice working in all those places  anyway .

Do you hand make your burgers? If so sprinkle a decent amount in the crumble, then do your mixing, do not put on the burger as a topping after its cooked.

seriously though. Lightly dust avocado with it, we love avocado with it.
