I meant to reply to this but never did...

Don't ask me how this works, or why its great... but it is, so I stick with it.

Jamaican Wings:

Mix 1 part Franks, 1 part Jamaican Jerk Sauce and 1 part half & half.

Marinate the wings for at least a few hours.

Grill carefully... over medium heat.  Move them around using direct and in-direct heat.

You want a little char... but no infernos.
