Haven't had pizza since mid March.  So since there's a meat shortage I of course got a meat lovers!

Dug some leeks from the turkey woods yesterday. Pita to rinse and clean . But made leek potato soup topped with crumbled bacon and Bionics tater topping . Costanzas venison pepperjack hot dogs. Wife very appreciative as very busy day at work.

Quasi Venison Filet Oscar. It’s missing asparagus and hollandaise sauce.

The crab is from@The_Real_TCIII company and all the seasonings are from@Bionic.

French Fries got tater topping. Filet got cow massage and the crab mix got the chicken seasoning. I could eat 3 more of these meals easily it turned out so good.

A lot going on today... lacto fermenting some Ramps. Burger buns for tomorrow’s dinner. Grilled chicken with a parsley lemon marinade with Bio’s chicken rub. Roasted fingerlings and sautéed chard and Ramps

Nah she will even cook me steak if I wanted it. I'm just too much of a cheapskate to buy steaks and cook them hahahaha. Though I have been buying the Wegmans pork tenderloins they're fantastic!
