Thanks man, my wife does it pretty similar. I made her buy bread flour as all my pizza clients use it and now she’s afraid lol

Lol I actually mixed a little cow massage into the burger meat before I made patty’s. Not much, maybe a teaspoon for a lb of meat. It left a nice hint in there.

Chili powder ?

Nah...I cut thin-ish steaks from the hind and front (only if it’s a large deer)quarters and then pound them thin with a mallet. The pounding is key- they hit the hit caste iron with butter and shrink up and brown- - quick flip and call it good!

For me: Chicken & Shramp slow cooked in red sauce with sliced garlic, over penne.  Appetizer was cucumber/tomato salad.
 

For her: Ribeye, dirty mashed sweet tater, cucumber/tomato salad.
