Got home from work late and the crowd was already here.  Bye bye quarantine.  I was talked into relaxing and calling in an audible.  $70 from Tom Wahl’s and we’re all having burgers, fries and onion rings.  Cheers!

I've been searching stores for Johnsonville brats for at least a month and finally found them. Smoked them with apple and hickory then placed in a beer bath. Some spicy brown mustard on top and the world feels right again. 

I have some ribs that have been on the grill since noon as my next meal. Wife is making potatoe salad, and flakey biscuits that TCIII would appreciate. Pictures later if the food turns out alright. How I don't have corn on the cob in my house is the only minus of the day. 

I took some brats over to my neighbor in trade for the food he gave me on Memorial day.

Spin off Chick-fil-a. Grilled chicken wrap , romaine lettuce , chicken , with bionics  poultry rub , cheeses , avocado ranch dressing in a cheddar jalapeño wrap. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in one.

So ribs came out amazing but the first one to try them was my dog five minutes after this picture. Little bastard is in the figurative doghouse as he is still licking his chops.
