Lawdwaz
Yup, I flipped the furnace on. Bummer but the kids almost suffocated under the blankets and my wife woke up in a parka. Lightweights.................I thought it was nice. So I turned it onto 68, it was 63 in here. A couple minutes and everybody is happy, including National Fuel Gas.
PREDATE
I thought it was nice.Me too. I still had the window open and the fan on. If it wasn't for the looming rain storm, I'd be wading in the river by now.

Paula
I closed windows about 3am. Heat will not be turned on till end of Oct if needed. If you come over and your cold i will give you a blanket, i have plenty. Most time my heat stays on

stubby68
It still hot out for me. I like it between 0 and 35. Been known to walk around in 20 degree weather in just a sweatshirt. Nice that the temps are dropping though hope they keep going. I do not like hunting when temps are above 30 and prefer a little lower. That doesn't mean I do not hunt still, just do not like it as much, however anytime in the woods is good time.
stillhunter
I kind of like the idea of it cooling off, but I'm hoping not to have to turn on the heat for awhile yet.

Red
I woke up to.the house being down to 63 this morning and also.had to.kick.on the furnace for a few minutes to warm up.the house for the kids I love this weather.I told my wife this morning. This is nothing I.don't have any heat hooked up at camp last year we used a small.wood burner but it didn't great up the place much.
philoshop
Fired up the wood stove a couple of hours ago (my only heat source). Not looking forward to 9 months of burning like last year. Starts to get old after New Year's day. OTOH, the bugs will leave us alone and IT'S HUNTING SEASON! The wood stacks are full but the freezer's empty. Time once again to change that around. And on it goes.

Doc
I'm still waiting for summer to start....lol. One good thing is that all the worrying I was doing about sweating to death and swatting mosquitos come the October 1st bow season opener, may not really be a problem this year if this colder weather continues on into fall and winter. Ha-ha-ha .... Instead the problem may be struggling around in a couple feet of snow.....lol.
