In theory I agree about #2. The reality is they aren't going to READ the printed paper any more then they would read a e-copy. And neither impacted the speed at which the safe act was passed. Remember that was a threat to society and had to be voted on immediately in the dark of night without going through the 3 day waiting period.

Fair enough. But all the more reason to say no. Would love to see a change requiring more time for review.
