Marion
It's just the three of us. Everyone else has a buck ☹ Don't forget me. I only have 1 doe I shot Oct 4 and donated it to the food bank for hopefully good season. The good season has yet to materialize other than being alive and healthy and enjoying the beautiful outdoors. But in terms of more deer. I've got Nada You Can't Beat My Meat! fasteddie
I've been hearing shots north of me. Both east and west. Wonder if they are sighting in their guns. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

PooperScooper
Live from the living room window...totally amazed. I believe I just saw a coyote charge after a button buck, right in my front field.
The_Field_Ager
Jumped a 6 while moving some cameras. He had a nice muscular body. Fresh scrapes all over and some of my mocks have been visited too. Exciting time of year.
Marion
Missed a small pretty skinny 8, looked to be maybe first set of antlers maybe second. Either way pretty young buck. He was no more than 30 yards I pinned him at 40 like a buffoon and watched as my arrow sailed clean over his back. Had a nice laugh at myself after checking the arrow and it being totally clean other than a bent blade or two courtesy of the ground and didn't see anything the rest of the day. Finally got a shot though so that was exciting You Can't Beat My Meat!
All4thebucks
Nice doe I got last night. Happy I filled the bow tag. I used a mechanical head and found the arrow completely intact and the head closed. No exit wound. Arrow stopped right before exiting. Thinking the head opened inside and when it came out it closed ?? Anyone experience this ? Happy it got the job done anyway. Doe ran about 20 yards and found arrow about 10-15 yards from shot. The_Real_TCIII
They often close after passing through or backing out. What did the autopsy show? And congrats! Edited November 16, 2015 by The_Real_TCIII
All4thebucks
First pic is where it went in second pic is opp side. Arrow never made it straight through. But judging from the wound it looks like it open. However when I retrieved arrow. Head was totally closed and arrow intact. HFBPA889
Had a 4 point come in around 415 and bed 40 yds from my tree. I tried to scare him off before I climbed down the tree. I was practically doing jumping jacks and the little guy just laid there. I climbed down locked up my climber and he just laid there watching....should of walked up and shot him. Oh well, I'll be back at it wed, thurs, fri.
BUCKANDAQUARTER
Had a uni-horn come in hot and heavy after a young doe, doing some cute little grunts... she wasn't too amused. It kinda reminded me of myself and my wife. Sent from my SCH-S968C using Tapatalk

Jeremy K
It weird how the rut is not consistent across the state , my buddy was hunting java yesterday and an absolute monster was in the middle of a field for an hour feeding about 40 yards from a few doe and never paid much attention to them.
