What time do you usually end your morning hunt

It depends on a couple factors, wind, setup, Spot, time of year. If I'm hunting close to a bedding area I like to get in very early a sit tight. Feeding areas I'll sit until 10:30-11am than sit again a couple hours before before dusk. All depends I've wait some bucks out Dark to Dark.

To many variables to say one time. Weather , wind, time of season , what I plan on doing the rest of the day , what I've already killed , what's on camera at that stand and what time, and on and on.

Basically on morning hunts a couple hours then go home and to the gym and work around the house , keep in mind I can hunt over 3/4 of any given days of the season .

If I was a week end warrior I might sit longer .

Another topic where it's "to each his/her own". Whatever works for you, for where & how you hunt! BUT...anyone that keeps trail cams out into bow season knows this. They have somewhat semi-predictable patterns, at least into ~3rd week of Oct. If you hunt food sources, you know they are pretty much out of them 1-1.5hrs after sunrise or same timeframe before sunset into the food. Closer to Halloween their movements start to get really random and super unpredictable! Naturally depending on local food source availability! Then you get into the actual rut & all bets are off! LOL. Bless those of you than can sit all day, but my age induced ADD won't allow for this anymore and I'm pretty much relegated to be a 3hr sitter.

Basically, there's no rule of thumb for how long to sit in the AM. Way too many variables; your habits & lifestyle, the food available, the weather, the habitat, time of the season, habits of local deer, surrounding area intrusions by humans, ........ on & on & on!

I seldom do anything "all the time", but often I'll stay on stand until ten-ish or maybe 11:00 and then stash some of my gear and start a real careful still-hunt/scouting walk to check some of the other areas to stay aware of how the season is progressing, and where things are happening. So many things begin to change as bowhunting season progresses. Food sources maturing and becoming prime, changes happening as rut starts coming into play. It's just my way of staying updated.

I mostly work from home so during the work week I get out 2 hours before work. So I get out stand at 9 am. On weekends I sit as what the time, rut status, weather dictates. In early season I have had very little luck ever in the middle of the day. Last week of Oct through first week of gun is a different story. Out as much as possible.

I never have a set "time" going in, on when I'll be coming out. Based on what is going on with deer activity, weather, family obligations, or what part of the season it may be. I'll think, mid morning, late morning, or all day if need be. Of course any of the above factors could change when I actually come out. But rarely do I set a "time".
