Curious, do you know what the "cryo" means for the mosaic and citra? Never saw that prefix on those hops before.

I had to look it up :Cryo Hops are marketed as a product that allows brewers to impart intense levels of hop flavor and aroma using a fraction of the typical amount of hops, leading to less astringency and vegetal flavors as well as improving beer yield.

Crazy how these brewers are pushing the envelope. Some things are a little weird with ingredients and flavors but for the most part it's great. More hops is always good

That resurgence is a good one   Brewery is fun. Lots of giant jenga , cornhole , table games and German style beer garden.  We saddled up to a huge picnic table not knowing anyone there and had a great time. It’s down the street from the peace bridge

Having something different today. A Brut IPA blended with Pinot. From Rogue. Tastes like champagne with hops in it. Not bad on a hot summer day but nothing I’m gonna have on a regular basis. Still, good to try new things....
