I have no idea whatever happened to all my Matchbox cars ( and baseball cards) I had as a kid. I would guess good ole Mom threw them out. I replaced my Matchbox cars with a collection of 1/32 scale Zora Arkus- Duntov die cast Corvettes. Some guys never grow up.

Today's Hot wheel is a custom 72 chevy

http://www.hotwheels.com/en-us/collection/DHX47_Custom%2072%20Chevy%C2%AE%20LUV%E2%84%A2

I love the details. sunroof, exposed headers. While I'm not one for red trucks this is still for sure is a car to add to the collection.

Wasn't what you expected huh? You may have started a new trend there pal

Good Lord how many miles of hot wheel tracks did I put together as a kid???!! I was the only girl in a neighbor hood of boys...I could sling a car out of a loop D loop across an entire basement ;)

I really enjoyed/still do love my toys.I still remember getting many ass beatings from the tracks I think they stung more than the belt.Being 40 yrs old I still have a sand box in the back yard and spend a bit of time playing with my Tonka trucks and dozers
