Still raining...I actually dbl checked to make sure all the wet on me didn't have a blue coloring...we are in a fly way...lol

landtracdeerhunter
Few sprinkles at super time yesterday. Two tenths of an inch, month of September here. Starting to go the wrong way again.
Doc
Almost an infinite number of variables where storms can form out of nothing. Lake Ontario and Lake Erie have their own little twists and turns that they throw in there. Pop-up showers and storms can never be specifically predicted. Actually, they do pretty darn good for the kinds of terrain and weather features that this state has. My big beef with these guys is the constant bragging about how perfect and flawless their science is. They are their own worst enemies when they keep trying to make everyone believe that their forecasts are flawless. They sound a lot like the DEC.....lol. wolc123
In times of war, such as we are in now with ISIS, you will not see accurate public weather forecasts. That is a good thing, and certainly saves lives. It has been that way since the development of air-power, which is highly affected by weather conditions. If our enemy had access to accurate weather forecasts, they could time their attacks accordingly. It is much better to keep them guessing. With a poorly equipped, semi-dysfunctional enemy such as that we are facing now, it is even more important. They have smart phones and TV's, but that is about it. If you want to see accurate weather forecasts, vote someone into power this November who has the gut's to end this war, and make America great again. Don't blame the weathermen (and women) for doing their patriotic duty with their bumbling forecasts.
