I've never found a bear track but if I found that I'd then say " yup, I found a bear track "

I was up visiting the place I'm about to close on when I saw this right in the middle of the old logging road about 30 yards from the edge of my lawn.... Hope I run into him in the woods

I think it's a fake...the seller stamped that mud as a final selling point!
Once when were looking at a property to lease. I was convinced the land owner recently freshened scrapes and rubs to make parcel appear more active. We even found a 4 point shed right in the middle of the trail we were told to follow.

I've seen this before.  Had to weed out a couple selling realtors as this was there common practice.
