Usually diabetics ,medications aside,  have a rather sweet smelling urine...that is one sign ppl can look for or have checked out if they haven't been feeling well and notice a odor change in their urine.

Anything you don't know something about ? Always impressed.

You guys that claim it doesn't work aren't doing it right.

You need to pee on your tarsals (inside of your knees) and let it drip down your leg into the scrape just like the bucks do.

I've had a cam over a doctored scrape going on two weeks now and every buck and doe that has stepped in it has stuck it's nose to the ground at some point. Been whizzing in this one every day, and it has been red hot with new visitors nightly.

Another naturally occurring scrape I haven't done anything too approximately 100yds away has gone cold. I'll try freshening that one up later today.

When 9 years old I had a close cousin diagnosed...what she went through scared the bageegees out of me..so I read a lot...then my nephew came down with it...we've nearly lost him a few time's...

MR B' s friend married my old room mate..whole long story to that one...but at 28 he was found  in his apartment, just a block from our first house dead ,3 days after a night out drinking...died in a diabetic coma...long list of young and old type 1's and 2's I know and are related to.

Besides..knowledge is a wonderful.thing...I try to learn as much as possible...before I start forgetting everything.

I once heard Bear Grylls say that if you pee around your camp site it'll keep the predators away.

At the very least, you shouldn't have any bears, cougars, or coyotes around to spook your bucks!default_rolleyes.gif

Yes it will, because he sleeps in hotels.

They may check it but when it comes to breeding time and they scent check the scrape from downwind you will be beat. Its all about the Pheromones for  success in breeding season so i will stick to the real stuff....

so what your saying is grampy needs to watch a few porns before he pees on a scrape?

For $10 I will change to an all red meat, asparagus, brussels sprout, and PBR diet.

Only if it runs down your leg first! That would be the real deal. Are you in rut?

Sorry grampy, I have a few years before I have the problem of it running down my leg. Am I in rut? Not tonight. Been making tomato sauce and canning hot peppers all day.

I'm so amused that this is going to be my first post, in a thread about peeing!

When nature calls, one must answer. Pee!
