First year hunting in NY.  I used to hunt where I grew up back in IL, but moved to NYC in late 90's for work.  Recently moved up to Putnam County and started bowhunting (public land) this year.  Planning on getting my shotgun back from dad's gun safe and hopefully turkey hunting next spring.  Wish had found this site earlier!

Been bow hunting in Fahnestock all fall.  Have yet to see any turkeys in there.  Any idea where they are hiding in that massive park?  :)
