Zucchini in the air fryer .yummmmmm

After years of talking about starting a garden we decided to  do a small one to start. I have to say it was nice to walk out the back door  and pick a couple of fat zucchini’s of our own and eat em..

Good stuff, ironically I just cooked some up myself from a family friend's garden.  I simmered with garlic, onion, butter salt pepper in a pinch of water though.

I am a big crunchy guy, absolutely love them in the air fryer.  they come out crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. Good stuff..

Anyone try putting raw fish fillets in an air fryer? Several people at work have air fryers and noone has tried raw fish in theirs and that'd be the real reason I would want one.

Just picked 6 Zuchini and 4 squash a little while ago. Its a great feeling to grow your own food. Doesnt get mroe organic than that

I have not, only thing I would be worried about is getting the fish smell out after cooking them.but still may have to try it..

I love grilling zucchini and summer squash. I just marinate them in a little italian dressing and then slap them on the grill. They are great fried too.

Just picked a couple bell peppers and some green beans, from the garden last night.  I love growing and eating my own food!

Naked, but I think we did the battered once. It's been all store bought frozen fish so far. Some were semi-prepared. Surprising how moist something can be that's cooked in hot air.

I started mine late after someone gave me a couple plants , i have a little guy growing already and i have a couple banana peppers growing too.
