Unexpected Visitor!

Thought this was pretty cool. This white spike started showing up around my stand. He's very fond of acorns!! He even sticks out at night when compared to his buddies!

I don't have any intentions of shooting him. I would get more of a thrill out of just watching him and getting pics. Now if he was a big mature buck....

Hope u see him during season. That's would be an all time hunting experience.  I wouldn't shoot either ....next year....yeah maybe.

We had 11 white does at one time here use to see them every day . People kept trying to get access  to hunt near here . Some were shot  others  moved a few miles  away . It has been said tires were slashed by a little old lady.... and nails were dumped around  cars . Neighbors  were pretty protective  of them .

Had ample  opportunity  to  shoot one .  Just didn't make sence  to me . People enjoyed watching them and taking pictures.

Seems like a lot of white/piebald deer this year on trail cams at least. Any idea as to why?

I understand that the atmospheric  " Clorox"  level in the atmosphere has been quite high this year...

Awesome! Are you anywhere near the Seneca Army Depot in Romulus? I spent my summers growing up in romulus, We used to watch these deer almost every night. The good ole days.
