It's actual imitation crab meat. Had some in freezer and cooked it up in some butter in a fry pan and added to Mac and cheese.  Just a last minute dinner idea for something different. Wasn't as good as a lobsta Mac but it was good . 

It's also good mixed with a little butter and stuffing then rolled into a walleye fillet and baked.

I'm the cook at my camp. The night before opening day is beef stroughov with the big fat egg noodles. Easy recipe and only takes 1/2 from start to sitting down. Then in the morning beacon, sausage,  eggs,  homefries pancakes. It puts everyone in a food coma out in the stands. So the deer walk past them right to me. With all that starch and protein everyone falls asleep but won't freeze to death in the stands

Tell you a secret ok? Don’t tell no one...but the taco dip is so good, I don’t want to be harassed to make it for everyone, for whenever they feel like it...hence why I left out the “homemade”

1 tray for the up coming weekend and 1 tray for my liberal tree hugging union loving colleagues for tomorrow .... I like sharing with people who rarely have venison and you never know who then says, “wow this is good- will you shoot the 12 pointer in my backyard from my deck and make me some of that”

I’m a lover not a fighter...calling out people for their strongly held beliefs will get you(worse yet...US/us) nowhere.
