Not sure that video is police welding someone inside. It could be the police welding a contaminated building shut. It’s hard to hear what they are saying, otherwise we would have a better idea.

Again, number of cases per 1 million is in direct correlation to number of test administered per 1 million which US inexplicably lags behind almost every country.  New people are getting infected, yes, but also many of these are previously infected that just got tested.

Keep in mind the virus has a 2-14 day incubation period.  Then symptoms might mild for a week before the patient seeks medical attention.  That means potentially the cases that are popping out now were infected at the beginning of the month.

I have not checked in on it but when I asked a friend of mine who is Italian and has family there, he said most of the death is concentrated in the northern central region which is a bit more mountainous, older smaller towns/villages, and higher number of elderly who have a harder time getting to hospitals.

Local school here in Canastota just announced a positive test for a staff member.

I just made an address sign for hunting camp. Now I can get deliveries. Also trimmed back the growth Along the roadway.  Saw some ducks fly this morning. Actually saw more in 10 mins than opening day last fall.
