Just picked the last three better boys last night... Didnt think to take a pic.. They make awesome tomato sandwiches

Pulled some carrots for venison stew for the opener weekend.

Pulled the rest of the garden. All done for this season.  Lots of veges for a couple of boxes made from my old deck!

We’ve been digging the oven roasted cherry tomato sauce…super on pizza…even the split ones work here

[Five Seasons]

my tomatoes are still cranking and i've neglected them for weeks. Just picking but they've spread out to a jungle. Have a few butternut squash still growing and some eggplants. Peppers still cranking too.

I never took any pictures along the way but we had a good growing season. Ton's of tomatoes a good amount of zucchini and we even tried cantaloupe this year and got 4 really really tasty ones they where a very different taste and texture that what you get in the store. Everything is just about done now though a few straggling tomatoes' and that's it.

Still going! Lots of carrots to pick still and one more brussel sprouts plant to pick. 

I'm a little worried my garlic has already sprouted, my buddy has the same problem and I even waited till late October till I planted them.

Pulled the bruslesprouts last week and planted my garlic last week . Had to wait until garden dried out to plant . Still tilled 3 times in one week to get soil dry enough .

Your garlic will be ok.  If you can, mulch it with straw or leaves.  If not, no bid deal, all will be OK come spring.

Thanks as always Otto! Any reason you think it sprouted so soon?

No problem.  It does that, it’s been a warm fall, no real deep freeze yet or even a very hard frost.  The soil is warm still.  Mother Nature always finds a way!
