Fun to catch, but really slimy.

The_Real_TCIII
Had a great time today with Chef and AT! The Willowemoc fished slooooow but Oquaga was great, two beasts in less than an hour. rachunter
Finally got into some fish today. Unfortunately they where out of reach for my fly cast. They where hitting a big yellow/black rooster tail they wouldn’t hit anything else. Had a blast until I snagged a stick floating by and lost the lure. I kept two for lunch tomorrow. Question for the fly guys if there hitting a one inch rooster tail would a yellow streamer work?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

TreeGuy
Poked around a local stream the other day. Found about 30 that wanted to play. Streamer bite wasn't on but the nymph bite was hot. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk
rachunter
Tried a smaller stream today. Three hours nothing it was such a beautiful stream with ripraps and pools. Kinda disappointing no fish. Hit the creek I was fishing the other day on my way home and caught two brown trout on a yellow rooster tail. Gencountyzeek
Down at Virginia Beach for my daughters cheer competition. Got out on the pier this morning with my son. Ended up with 4 skate and 1 sting ray. Skate in the pic had its tail cut off or bit off at some point.

I think we used to fish around peese eddy or something like that.
