you can sort through Gunbroker for Remington 11 . They mix some of the other models with number 11 in them. But there are a bunch of the real Mod 11 in this search . The prices are all over the place with the higher prices not getting any bids . Some are in worse condition and some are alot better condition than yours . I still haven't unpacked from hunting at my camp in Maine last year . But everything was washed before I packed up . New Hampshire muzzleloader starts Oct 30th so I have Plenty Of Time ! Its more fun when there is last minute panic involved !

Vacuum seal is the only way to go . The meat stays fresh for years . Earlier this year I found a pack of venison steaks that got buried on the wrong side of the freezer where I normally keep them . 2017 was the date on them . Tasted like I shot the deer the week before. Still all nice and tender. No freezer burn at all . They say that vacuum packing is good for 5 years if its done correctly

Going to hard to explain that one to a Cop and to the insurance company if someone rear ends you LOL

Im with Spaceman on this one . I shot a 235lb 9pt that was the 2nd largest buck taken with a muzzle loader in New Hampshire that year . The butcher made a comment like yours and said that buck was going to be like cutting up an old leather boot . That was until he actually started processing it and he was amazed how tender it was. The buck was aged as being 7 1/2 years old by the biologist . I know he was right because I found a shed of his 3 years earlier that was a perfect match to my buck only a bit smaller . He was delicious . Tasted way better than the 123lb Doe I shot in Maine the same year .

Thanks for the HB wishes guys ! Had to make a trip to Vermont since early Monday morning to see my mother. Its her birthday tomorrow . She will be 87 . So we just celebrated both birthdays by taking her out to dinner Monday nite since she was also having eye surgery this morning . Nothing major , just having cataract removed from one eye. She had the other eye done a couple months ago. Waited this morning until she was back settled at home .

Im sure he has them marinatimg to have them for Balls and Eggs breakfast . LOL Nice shot on your doe Chef . The entry and exit holes looked like the arrow would of passed well above the heart but you skewered it. Way to get it done !

SURE ! As long as YOU pay all the child support and provide the women full living expenses like new car every 4 years , unlimited groceries , minimum of 2 bedroom apartment , or a condo with the deed in her name, electric and heating bill paid for at least 20 years. Watched " 60 Minutes " this past weekend. A segment on the show was an interview about the vaccine and the process of making it . The virologist had done an experiment on the 1918 Spanish Flu that killed millions at that point in history. In order to recreate the virus they sought out survivors of the flu from around the world . These people were almost 100 years old, so there wasn't many . They tested their blood and found that these people still had full antibody protection from the spanish flu almost 100 years later. So I'm wondering why you hear all the bobble head talking quacks on the news that say the vaccine should be taken even if you recovered from Covid because the vaccine is stronger than natural immunity ? . I read another report that natural immunity protects you 3 to10 times stronger than the vaccine and if you already have the antibodies, taking the vaccine greatly diminishes your natural immunity . It does not boost it like they are claiming .
