  1. there is usually a day or 2 based on schedule where I will go out from 10 til dark. gotta do whatever the schedule allows and have seen movement just the same
  2. power off , or at least put it on "airplane mode" so it isnt searching for data signal
  3. give us your approximate location and how far is your range to have the work done ?

I was in a ground blind and watched 4 does surround me (like circling the wagons). 2 of them stomping and blowing hard for few minutes. practically could reach out and touch them. few minutes later then slowly separated and dispersed. about half hour later, 2 came back into about 20 yards and the right angle. got a shot off and put one down. As skiddish as they are at times, they are quite curious and that can get the best them !

  6. we dont know if the headless horseman pictured here is 5'7" or is he 6'3" either to help with the scale size but that deer is maybe 200-250lbs

Does NY have any laws or regulations regarding whatever is left behind? there isnt much info on DEC site..in other words, is it perfectly legal in NY to de-bone the meat & remove alters if its not a doe and leave the rest behind as long as you have the tag to go along with it? could save a ton of time and effort in some tough spots
  8. not sure if its the angle of the pic but the right side seems much thinner than the left. i'd be surprised if it were close to 130, just my opinion

  10. spray bore cleaner , run the bore snake few times , run patches through. then remington gun oil lightly

  13. well the fig trees have come to a halt in their ripening .. the peppers and eggplant are a bit behind last years pace and ripening all at once

  15. and when you run out of Reg books. Just pull up the pdf version on DEC site and, go that # page and print a bunch off to use. Did it last year and it works just the same. .
  16. the Revolution I have was already on the setup when I bought it so I couldnt give a price.. yah there seems to be a few variations. probably $50 range

    I use the G5's though I picked up some Rage chisel tips recently.. gonna give them a try
  18. trophy ridge revolution drop away. no issue yet, quiet and consistent. pretty easy to keep on knocked while walking

  24. anyone who has a Cover or Spypoint, can you see a noticeble difference in battery life vs WGI, Moultri, Primos (all of which are hit and miss with battery life) ?
