Three landscapers can plant shrubs ,in the front yard but my nephews three man crew can’t do hardscape work in the back yard . Daughters BF can’t do hvac work with only one or two guys on each floor . Really ?

Sure ,large private ,pull through sites , deluxe 4x8 wooden structure , sleeps one person and unlimited number of mice . Fire pit , well the top,of an old grill turned upside down , needs some repair after the brush hog hit it .

One of mine is co registered with my daughter 80 miles away . I know a few guys who have their Dads guns on their permits , as part of the Dads estate planning as well . It’s all confusing , the way each county is different . When our daughter moved , the new county said, to have her packet sent to them , then they’ll call her to come in and jump through their hoops. Her old county said ok , but we can just put your new address on your permit and notify the State Police of the new address ,and be done with it .

Your county it seems may still run things the old way .

Also what really muddies the water in NYS is every county is different, even the city of Rochester which is in Monroe county, runs things different than the county itself . Heres some advice I was given by a friend who at one time did the permits as a police officer for the city . Don’t lie or omit things , get caught and you’re done right there . Use references that answer their phone , oh and that are ok with you have a pistol permit , yes some references actually say NO ! Rochester asks a lot of mental health questions , my daughter 10 years ago saw a counselor for “ anxiety “. Thinking that may be bad , I asked him ? He said that would not be an issue , trying to hide it would . Be 100% honest , use solid references.

Splitear , No not correct , get the permit then a gun . Our oldest has her permit but doesn’t have a gun on it yet . All guns are listed on your permit here , I was going to co register one of mine on it, after she moved ( just did ) but the county clerk is not doing any permit stuff now ....

For all the machinists out there , that’s what my Dad did and this hung on his workroom wall for as long as I remember. It was one of the few things I wanted after his passing .

I totally get where Jeremy is coming from , would I like to see them demonstrate safe and proper gun handling ? Yes I believe so . In my day, Dad dropped you off Sat Morning, picked you up late afternoon, you listened to the instructors hunting stories , went out back shot a .22 , which was really to see if you checked the gun and handled it safely , came back in took the test . Fast forward a generation , my daughters was three nights, 6-10 ? Which means 5:15- 10:30 really . The hardest part was finding the three free nights . She never read the book prior , and said it was the easiest test she ever took . The third night was the field work, along with gun handling and shooting , but thunder rolled in so , it ended before they got to that . I believe it’s swung the other way because at a time demands on kids time has increased, they took a one day course and spread it out , ( in many cases ) to three . -

No pines , which seem to really catch the wind , but a couple dozen Ash in my yard, they’re healthily , my neighbors Ash are dead and near the line and our home . Those trampolines make really good giant frisbees at times like this ! Ours had a rope tying it to the deck 24/7 . My green hunting hut in a field facing west, is staked down , after having to tip it back up 2xs If we lose power I may pack our good cooler full of venison and move it outside , which will guarantee the power will come right back on . -
Daughters fiancé is in hvac, weights and balance, which I never knew was a thing ..... still working as they do hospitals, schools and such . Balanced 140 fans in a clean room ,ok whatever as long as he’s gets paid .

Apparently I’m wasting time looking for just sheds , the farmer and his kids found these today in a plowed field , Indian beads . I guess it’s pretty common to find them.

Here we go again . Later today , I’ll gas up,the chain saw, charge the batteries for the cordless tools , move the truck away from the trees , secure the patio furniture and so on , and the neighbors will put their recycling bins out ...... The ground is pretty soft , luckily the trees don’t have leaves out yet . Stay safe .

He is a handsome man ! She’d be long since gone ! Leave the gun, take the cannolis . I just binged watched the show , Mrs and I are in joes corner . Her and that Jeff guy would be horizontal. Joes mistake was trying to hire someone. The crossbow idea would have been a good one, pretty sure Mrs Nomad would have done it for free ,and I’m not lying . She’s sitting here now swearing at the TV . Mrs just yelled he got F@#&ed ! does Joe have a cd ? Good singer ,I’d buy a few .

My friend owns a business here , he was able to keep half his workforce employed because he has some defense contracts . The ones laid off , between NYS unemployment and the Feds kicking in $600:a week are making more ,then the ones working . He’s looking at ways to compensate those working , with a bonus system or something . -

We have ordered out a bit , other then pizza and subs, the choices are limited , today after shed hunting , she’s calling an order into the Olive Garden at Eastview Mall , for me to pick up,on my return .
